Rgn/Rmn Regional Support Manager

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced RGN/RMN Regional Support Manager to support a portfolio of elderly care homes across the South East, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent and London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing care provider in a newly created leadership role, supporting services through periods of change, driving operational improvements, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance are consistently delivered across the region. This role would suit an experienced multi-site leader or turnaround specialist with a strong background in elderly care. You will be responsible for providing hands-on operational support to Home Managers, stabilising underperforming services, supporting compliance and occupancy improvements, and driving strong operational and commercial performance across the portfolio.
