Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced RGN/RMN Regional Support Manager to support a portfolio of elderly care homes across the Midlands and North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing care provider in a newly created leadership role, supporting services through periods of change, driving operational improvements, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance are consistently delivered across the region.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • Must be a qualified nurse with an active pin
  • Must have experience within elderly care, ideally supporting multiple care homes
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance, and operational performance management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting occupancy, budgets, and service improvement plans
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region and provide hands-on operational support where required
