We are working with a highly regarded, premium elderly care provider to recruit an RGN Home Manager for a modern, luxury dementia nursing home. Opened in 2020, the service supports c.70 residents across two floors, with a more supported living environment on the ground floor and a care-led model on the upper floor. Occupancy currently sits at c.90% and is typically higher, reflecting the home’s strong reputation and stability. The role sits within a well-established, values-led organisation known for delivering exceptional dementia and nursing care through purpose-built, high-quality environments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a high-performing dementia service

Lead culture, quality, and performance
Requirements:
RGN qualification with active NMC registration
Senior leadership experience within elderly or dementia care
Strong understanding of CQC standards and governance
Ability to lead culture, quality, and performance with confidence
Nice to have:
Experience within a quality-led dementia or luxury care environment
High-performing Deputy Manager from a larger, premium service ready to step up
Demonstrable longevity and emotional intelligence
