We are working with a highly regarded, premium elderly care provider to recruit an RGN Home Manager for a modern, luxury dementia nursing home. Opened in 2020, the service supports c.70 residents across two floors, with a more supported living environment on the ground floor and a care-led model on the upper floor. Occupancy currently sits at c.90% and is typically higher, reflecting the home’s strong reputation and stability. The role sits within a well-established, values-led organisation known for delivering exceptional dementia and nursing care through purpose-built, high-quality environments.
