• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic analytics projects in your area of expertise
• Serve as the go-to expert in your domain — providing thought leadership, shaping methodologies, and ensuring delivery excellence
• Create new frameworks, accelerators, and proprietary solutions that enhance our offerings and differentiate us in the market
• Translate business challenges into technical requirements — and vice versa — ensuring alignment and impact
• Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to develop compelling points of view (POVs), solution proposals, and client pitches
• Represent the practice in client meetings, industry forums, strategic councils, and publications
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to cross-practice capability development

• 10+ years in analytics consulting, CPG, or a related field with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Category / Market Forecasting, Revenue Growth Management, Market Measurement
• Credible thought leader with a track record of speaking at events, publishing whitepapers, or shaping analytics strategy at senior levels
• Strategic problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity, designing solutions from scratch, and thinking beyond traditional analytics
• Business-savvy and influential with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in global, matrixed environments
• Collaborative mentor who actively supports the growth of others across practices
• Fluent in English
