Are you looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We are assisting a global FMCG company that produces a range of food brands with a strong heritage in various countries; they are now seeking to appoint an RGM Lead to an existing team and elevate the function. This is a pivotal position where your analytical expertise, stakeholder management, and commercial insight will directly influence business decisions and profitable growth. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact, and be recognised for being the driving force behind commercial growth in the UK business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and deliver the UK RGM strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Provide actionable promotional guidance, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with the TPM tool
  • Deliver regular promotional analysis with insights and recommendations to Sales and Marketing
  • Play a key role in forecasting, NPD launches, and CPI recommendations, improving processes and ways of working
  • Collaborate with European and Global RGM teams to ensure best practices are applied in the UK business
  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing the business values and a culture of accountability and performance
  • Formulate, communicate, and deliver the UK’s commercial strategy, providing clear guidance on pricing, promotions, forecasting, and category performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG, ideally within Sales, Finance, Category, or RGM functions
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven track record in delivering profitable growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, with experience in Power BI preferred
  • A pragmatic, agile approach to delivery in complex and fast-moving environments
  • Relevant qualifications in Mathematics or Business, or demonstrable experience in these areas
