Job Responsibility:
Occasion: Understands the shopper and consumer behavior and defines the best consumer occasion for each type of package and customer
Brand: supports the marketing and sales teams in developing the brand strategy by providing facts-based insights and by suggesting commercially relevant tactics at brand level
Pricing: performs analysis of the pricing positioning vs. the competition and evaluates competition strategy
proposes the best positioning and strategy for each category and product, based on company strategy and market realities
Pack: analyses the pack architecture and proposes the best strategy for packaging at channel and product level
Channel: supports the overall channel strategy, by tailoring the company strategy to each specific channel particularities and profile in order to build a win-win approach
Projects: Acting as a key stakeholder for projects concerning pack price architecture and drives for efficiency
Key part in the process of translating the commercial strategy into the market
Tracking the commercially relevant KBIs to monitor progress and suggest, when needed, corrective actions
Supports the marketing teams in building the “selling stories” to the sales teams
Develops and delivers trainings for the sales teams for the strategy set for each packaging type, price, channel
Is actively involved in the projects of the departments and participates in optimizing procedures
Coordinates the Single Serve initiatives
Requirements:
Min. 5 years in Commercial / Trade Marketing roles, ideally 2 Years in Commercial Finance
Understanding of consumer, shopper behavior & relevant market trends
Expertise in building pack price architecture
Strong analytical skills and high literacy in working with numbers
Understanding P&L from commercial perspective
The ability to make correlations between various data sources, understand cause-effect relationships in the market, formulate hypothesis
Drive for results and financial acumen - knows to read and interpret P&L
Solid knowledge of FMCG business is preferred
Project and process management
Good communication skills, agile in working with multiple stakeholders
