Job Summary Title: RFP Analyst Location: Boston, MA Onsite Requirements: Hybrid Duration: Full Time - Direct Hire Industry: Financial Services

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce client, consultant, and prospect RFPs and due diligence questionnaires across the firm's investment strategies
  • Partner closely with Global Consultant Relations, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Product teams to gather and validate investment content
  • Maintain and update firm and strategy-level marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Manage marketing data, analytics, and reporting shared with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Support a high-volume workflow while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
  • Respond to ad hoc client, prospect, and consultant requests for information

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, or client reporting within investment management, investment consulting, or financial services
  • Experience working in an investment-focused environment with complex financial and investment content
  • Hands-on experience with an RFP or content management system (Loopio preferred
  • Qvidian, Responsive, Seismic, RocketDocs acceptable)
  • Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to distill dense investment language into clear, accurate responses
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders
