Conducts daily meetings to evaluate site status and synchronize program execution to provide 24/7 mission support. Manage the day-to-day performance of the maintenance assigned contracted operations and services. Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the organization and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures. Position reports to the Site Lead and the Deputy C-PM/ATC Technical Rep/SME.
Job Responsibility:
Conducts daily meetings to evaluate site status and synchronize program execution to provide 24/7 mission support
Manage the day-to-day performance of the maintenance assigned contracted operations and services
Participates in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the organization and ensures compliance with established policies and procedures
Responsible for management of EM personnel and administrative actions such as monthly scheduling and training
Assigns and ensures completion of work center additional duties
Oversee system configuration, user training, and support
Monitor project timelines and deliverables
Monitors manning levels and approves vacation requests based on operational requirements
Implements company policies and procedures
Provides direction and leadership to assigned personnel to include ensuring staff is adequately trained
Coordinates workloads, priorities, and schedules to ensure timely and effective completion of work
Monitors and evaluates staff performance
Tracks progress and reports project status to Amentum leadership and customer in a timely manner
Reviews and ensures compliance with maintenance management publications and procedures
Maintains inspection and maintenance records
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Formal electronics training such as: military technical training school, vocational college, and/or a four (4) year electronics apprentice program with experience in electronics equipment the technician will maintain
Minimum IAT Level II, baseline certification IAW AFMAN 17-1303
Experience on all ATCALS and C2 platforms
Experience in project management and functional leadership
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in relevant software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a US CENTCOM Medical Exam
Must be able to obtain/maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance
US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance
