Job Description:

Being an RF Engineer at Viaanix prioritizes designing, reviewing, and aiding in the development of wireless products. You will also be working closely with Embedded Systems Engineers leading in design decisions to determine the best optimization for any wireless technology needed. You will be working with broadcasting devices, cell phone schematics, wireless Internet networks, and other systems to keep lines of communication open. Your knowledge of radio frequency physics and electrical engineering will be vital to expand the reach of radio waves in order to improve communication to the clearest it can be.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing, reviewing, and aiding in the development of wireless products
  • Working closely with Embedded Systems Engineers leading in design decisions to determine the best optimization for any wireless technology needed
  • Working with broadcasting devices, cell phone schematics, wireless Internet networks, and other systems to keep lines of communication open
  • Using knowledge of radio frequency physics and electrical engineering to expand the reach of radio waves in order to improve communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's and Master's in related engineering field
  • 4 - 10 Years experience
  • RF analysis and trouble-shooting skills including RFI mitigation experience
  • Understanding of electronics hardware and software design
  • Familiar with FCC and CE certification
  • Antenna Control Systems knowledge and use
  • M&C System knowledge and use
  • Ability to travel, if required
