Rework Tech Manufacturing

• Responsible for performing all in process rework of Spectrum production pumps, according to rework instructions
• Follows rework procedures, involving use of small hand tools, test and holding fixtures and measuring devices (drop gages, etc.)
• Maintains and ensures production line output through the constant monitoring and communication of in-process problems or failures with workmanship, parts or process
• Complete all documentation needed for quality compliance
• Ability to handle often stressful production demands, demonstrates team work and cooperation

• High School diploma or GED
• Technical or military experience in the electronics manufacturing field, not required but would be a plus
• Ability to sit for most of the workday
• Good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
• Dynamic Lifting capability: lift and carry 15 pounds from floor to shoulder and lift 2 pounds from shoulder to overhead
• push and pull a maximum force of 6 pounds
• Must be able to visually inspect and identify particulate/foreign matter and distinguish between colors as required by FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices
• Ability to handle often stressful production demands
• Strong Knowledge of pump and manufacturing practices
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical devices
• Good Judgment, Positive attitude and a high level of initiative
