Job Responsibility
Responsible for performing all in process rework of Spectrum production pumps, according to rework instructions
Follows rework procedures, involving use of small hand tools, test and holding fixtures and measuring devices (drop gages, etc.)
Maintains and ensures production line output through the constant monitoring and communication of in-process problems or failures with workmanship, parts or process
Complete all documentation needed for quality compliance
Ability to handle often stressful production demands, demonstrates team work and cooperation
Requirements
High School diploma or GED
Technical or military experience in the electronics manufacturing field, not required but would be a plus
Ability to sit for most of the workday
Good hand to eye coordination and dexterity
Dynamic Lifting capability: lift and carry 15 pounds from floor to shoulder and lift 2 pounds from shoulder to overhead
push and pull a maximum force of 6 pounds
Must be able to visually inspect and identify particulate/foreign matter and distinguish between colors as required by FDA Current Good Manufacturing Practices
Ability to handle often stressful production demands
Strong Knowledge of pump and manufacturing practices
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical devices
Good Judgment, Positive attitude and a high level of initiative
Nice to have
Technical or military experience in the electronics manufacturing field
