Job Description:

The People Rewards Partner will be responsible for the design, development, analysis and execution of Total Rewards programs globally, always following our Company Core accelerate our Mission, Values, and our DNA. Partner and coordination with other Global Center of Excellence and ensuring proper implementation in all geographies through the local People Services areas and always in partnership with People Leaders to define and establish strategies to maximize the Total Rewards function’s efficiency, innovating and digitalized knowledge and tools, to approach and ensure our rewards and people practices are competitive, drive business results, execute on the short & long-term vision and works to completing needs analysis and driving innovative solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the design, evolution, development and maintenance of our total rewards strategy and programs including total compensation, benefits and mobility
  • Suggest and develop communication strategies and activities designed to inform employees and build strong employee value propositions
  • Prepare and participate in salary surveys, establish salary structures, develop, and prepare policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation including equity
  • Create and document an enterprise total rewards philosophy, as well as consistent policies, processes, communications, and calendars for total rewards activities such as promotions and annual increases
  • Develop the compensation function including base, short-term and long-term incentive compensation

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to verify they are aligned with our business, talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate
  • Provide the hands-on end-to-end program management about total rewards to Cosentino global mobility strategy, including philosophy and guidelines, policies, programs, processes, aligned to our talent strategy, core values, and changes to global talent markets
  • Input into long-term strategic thinking including contributing to self-service design for mobility programs to gain greater efficiencies
  • Prepare our annually global total rewards plan and papers (CNR, incentive plan, others) for the executive committee and others as needed
  • Analyze the design, implementation of the company’s new benefits programs
  • Provide education and counsel to executives, directors, managers and HR team on total rewards practices
  • Benchmark our current policies against internal feedback and external market standards, assess potential opportunities for improvement, and make strategic recommendations for total rewards and mobility program changes (workflows, tools, policies, budgets, approvals, compliance, others)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a major/area of study Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
  • 2-3 years of Total Rewards experience with increasing levels of responsibilities

Nice to have:

Business MBA or Masters in HR
