Job Responsibility

  • Review and enhance our benchmarking processes
  • Stabilize job grading (Hay methodology)
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide data-driven answers to complex compensation questions
  • Play a key role in translating Group guidelines into practice
  • Take ownership of short- and long-term incentive programs (bonuses, share schemes)

Requirements

  • Fluency in English
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Excel is more than just a spreadsheet for you
  • You can present complex payroll and compensation data clearly to leaders and enjoy working collaboratively with the rest of the People & Culture team

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI/Power Query is a significant advantage but not a requirement
