Job Responsibility:
Review and enhance our benchmarking processes
Stabilize job grading (Hay methodology)
Develop reports and dashboards to provide data-driven answers to complex compensation questions
Play a key role in translating Group guidelines into practice
Take ownership of short- and long-term incentive programs (bonuses, share schemes)
Requirements:
Fluency in English
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits
Excel is more than just a spreadsheet for you
You can present complex payroll and compensation data clearly to leaders and enjoy working collaboratively with the rest of the People & Culture team
Nice to have:
Experience with Power BI/Power Query is a significant advantage but not a requirement
