We are seeking a high-caliber Rewards & People Operations Specialist to join a sophisticated HR team. This role serves as a strategic link between rewards strategy, organizational design, and payroll governance.
Job Responsibility:
Comp & Ben Strategy: Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including participation in salary surveys, benchmarking, and market competitiveness analysis
Organizational Design: Oversee the company’s grading structures and organizational management, ensuring the business hierarchy and job architecture are aligned with global standards
Incentives & Rewards: Coordinate the implementation of bonus schemes and the annual salary review cycle
Payroll Governance & Data Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll data. Responsible for the accuracy of data provision to providers, performing final payroll checks, and ensuring all inputs align with internal records
Labor Compliance: Monitor Greek labor legislation and ensure all organizational changes and payroll-related data remain fully compliant with current laws
Strategic Reporting: Deliver complex HR analytics and reporting to support organizational decision-making and labor cost planning
Requirements:
3+ years in a Rewards, C&B, or HR Operations role, ideally within a multinational environment
