Job Description

We’re looking for a Rewards Manager to help shape a newly established function within a fast-paced, global organisation. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead compensation and benefits strategy across the EMEA region. As part of the Total Rewards Centre of Excellence, you’ll influence how we attract, retain, and reward top talent.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the design and delivery of regional compensation and benefits strategies
  • Managing annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals
  • Creating EMEA-specific pay structures and incentive plans
  • Delivering market insights through data-driven analysis
  • Ensuring compliance across multiple countries
  • Acting as a senior advisor on reward-related matters
  • Managing external vendors and consultants
  • Enhancing employee engagement through clear reward communications

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards in a multinational setting
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA market practices and compliance
  • Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus)
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident communicator who can influence through data
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
