Job Description

As a Rewards Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting compensation, benefits, and expatriate processes, ensuring policy compliance, budget alignment, and effective stakeholder collaboration across annual and ad-hoc reward activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Development of the compensation and benefits strategy
  • Managing the annual budgeting process (Business Planning) and quarterly cost adjustment processes (Rolling Estimate) for employees, expats, etc
  • Act as a partner with stakeholders, advising and aligning them on compliance with HR policies
  • Maintains, administers, updates, and develops compensation and benefits programs and policies, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies, as well as alignment with the approved budget
  • Manage annual processes (Merit Increase & Annual Bonus), long-term incentive plans, and provide support to eligible colleagues, as well as ad-hoc processes in daily activities (e.g., offer and package analysis)
  • Manages expats and secondment processes (including collaboration with providers), ensuring smooth and timely operations
  • Provides necessary data for salary surveys and conducts follow-up analysis required in various processes/reports (e.g., annual salary grid design)
  • Managing the Expats, Short Term assignees (STA) & Long Term assignees (LTA) requests & handling their stay in Egypt

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • +7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits
  • Fluent both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
