Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the deployment, governance, and enhancement of global rewards frameworks across your region and the Prestige division
  • Implement and govern global rewards policies and frameworks within the region and assigned global function
  • Provide insights through market benchmarking and salary surveys to inform strategic decisions
  • Equip and train HR teams and managers for consistent reward practices
  • Partner and advise business leaders on compensation and benefits topics
  • Execute annual cycles for compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and consistency

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and governance
  • Skilled in market benchmarking, pay transparency, and job architecture
  • Excel in HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, Power BI)
