Job Description:

Southern Housing is looking for a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our People team on a part time basis – 21 hours per week. In this role you will support the Reward & Benefits Manager with delivering key annual and cyclical reward activities. You’ll be a key point of contact for compensation and benefit queries, ensuring colleagues receive clear, timely and customer-focused support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Salary benchmarking, job evaluation and data submissions
  • Annual salary review modelling and market analysis
  • Managing benefit queries and liaising with brokers/suppliers
  • Supporting PMI, cash plan, gym membership and broader benefit schemes
  • Updating benefit content and supporting colleague communications

Requirements:

  • Experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel capability
  • Confidence managing data, market insights and benefit providers
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
