Job Description

Frazer Jones is partnering with a high-growth total reward platform. This is a HR technology platform that ensures the smooth running of a company's total reward operations, enabling effective data management, slick processes and reporting, so that HR and Reward teams can act with confidence. This is an exciting start-up with ambitious growth plans and an ever-expanding client base. You'll be joining a small team where you can have genuine influence and contribute to the continued success and development of the company. The platform is looking to hire a Technology Implementation Consultant, initially on a 6-month contract but with the view to going permanent.

Job Responsibility

  • Work directly with senior HR, Reward and Payroll stakeholders
  • Guide implementation decisions
  • Build client confidence that the system accurately reflects how their organisation pays and rewards its people
  • Ensure the system can stand up to regulatory scrutiny
  • Own how the total rewards platform is configured for each client
  • Translate complex reward and payroll frameworks into working system logic
  • Build dashboards that clients genuinely rely on
  • Bring deep total reward domain expertise to every engagement
  • Configure the reward platform for each client's needs
  • Navigate challenges and problem solving
  • Build and maintain client relationships with a consultative approach

Requirements

  • HR technology configuration skills
  • Understanding of reward and payroll data and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with the EUPT (EU Pay Transparency Directive)
  • Understanding of what organisations need to report and how reward data must be structured
  • Ability to configure the platform to support compliance
  • Detail oriented with the ability to navigate complex data sets
  • Experience in a start-up culture
  • Must be UK-based with access to London
