Job Description:

We are seeking a Reward Specialist to provide analytical support to the Reward team. This role involves collecting and analysing data, developing reports, and supporting the implementation of reward policies and procedures. You will play a key role in delivering merit increases, benchmarking salaries and benefits, and providing logical advice to HR Business Partners in alignment with business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and analyse data on salaries, benefits, and other reward-related information
  • Develop reports and presentations on reward topics, including Annual Reward Review cycle, Benefits administration, ad-hoc reward activities, and recognition programmes
  • Maintain data and reporting dashboards and ensure monthly reward operations meet SLAs
  • Support communications approach for reward and benefits
  • Complete benchmark submissions and assess data quality for key datasets such as job architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced data capabilities and high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits programmes, including pay frameworks, incentives, and risk benefits
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills to exchange complex information effectively
  • University degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to build effective relationships and manage projects successfully
