Job Description

We’re looking for someone who is data-driven and has a passion for continuous improvement, who understands the value of competitive reward packages and brings proven experience in a compensation and benefits role. In this role, you’ll provide expert guidance on benefits, compensation, reporting, and HR IT systems, playing a key part in delivering a seamless reward experience across our UK organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with the People Business Partner team and business stakeholders to proactively deliver insightful HR reporting as well as take the lead on regulatory reporting including gender pay gap
  • Support the delivery of compensation activities, including annual salary review, bonus, job evaluation, salary and benefit benchmarking and survey submissions
  • Support core benefits activity including benefit renewals, supplier management, and key projects to deliver a best in class colleague experience
  • Support with the day to day running of the Group Income Protection Scheme and Share Incentive Plan
  • Work closely with the Reward and Systems Specialist and internal stakeholders to support the implementation and delivery of HR systems
  • Provide expert ad-hoc Reward advice, collaborating with Reward, People Services, Payroll, and Pensions teams, and contribute to global and local projects to ensure alignment with the UK People Plan

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in a Compensation and Benefits role, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and consistently meet deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills, with confident use of Power BI to drive insight
  • A clear, confident communication style, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Nice to have

Experience with Workday is desirable, but not essential
