We're supporting a well-established organisation looking to bring in an experienced Reward Specialist on an initial 3-month contract to support a busy Reward & People Data function during a critical period. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across both reward analysis and operational delivery, and can quickly add value in a busy environment.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the annual pay review cycle and bonus scheme improvements
Conducting reward modelling and data analysis to support decision-making
Handling day-to-day reward queries, including pay reviews and salary benchmarking
Supporting gender pay gap reporting and analysis
Ensuring data integrity, validating and interrogating reward data to ensure accuracy
Contributing to process improvements across reward and people data activities
Using benchmarking tools to support salary positioning and insights
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a Reward-focused role (not HR generalist)
Strong understanding of core reward processes (pay review, bonus, benchmarking)
Experience using benchmarking tools (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, Mercer or similar)
Confident working with Excel and complex datasets - able to interrogate and validate data
Experience supporting or delivering reward cycles end-to-end
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, co-operative environment
