You'll work closely with our Reward Manager, gaining valuable experience while helping to shape the future of the role.
Job Responsibility
Support the delivery and ongoing development of reward programmes and initiatives
Assist with job evaluation, salary benchmarking and pay analysis
Support the administration and communication of employee benefits, pensions and wellbeing initiatives
Contribute to annual pay review and bonus processes
Analyse reward and people-related data to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations
Requirements
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Previous Reward, Compensation & Benefits or HR experience would be advantageous
