We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the Reward and Policy portfolio for VOIS across both global and India remits. This position plays a critical role in shaping reward governance, driving policy implementation, and managing centre-specific as well as cross-market reward delivery. The individual will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, HR teams, and multiple business partners to ensure compliance, alignment with market insights, and delivery of high‑quality, digitally enabled reward processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage global reward alignment across VOIS, ensuring consistent principles, communication, and execution
  • Support the Reward leadership in shaping global and local reward budgets using market insights and talent strategy
  • Maintain strong internal networks across VOIS centres and Vodafone Group to enable efficient delivery of global reward and policy initiatives
  • Act as a key contact for Group Reward, OpCo Reward teams, VOIS Reward SPOCs, and HR Services for end‑to‑end reward delivery
  • Lead the execution of reward programmes, including Annual Reward Review, Fair Pay, budgeting cycles, share plan administration, and recognition programmes
  • Ensure robust data governance for all reward and policy-related people data
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Reward and Benefits to HR Business Partners and business stakeholders
  • Monitor global reward trends and integrate best practices into VOIS frameworks
  • Centrally manage the VOIS policy portfolio, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and annual update cycles
  • Drive policy‑related changes and maintain 100% compliance across centres
  • Oversee India centre reward governance through collaboration with HR Services, ensuring KPI compliance
  • Review, amend, and design HR policies aligned with organisational philosophy, legislation, and market standards
  • Guide Talent Acquisition on hiring ranges and governance
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, SCM, and OE teams to deliver excellence in reward operations
  • Ensure process compliance for employee lifecycle events, payroll, and statutory obligations

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail and process orientation
