We're looking for a Reward & Benefits Partner to help us design and deliver a competitive, inclusive and insight-driven reward proposition for our colleagues across the UK. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, influence real change and make our colleague experience even better. This role sits at the heart of our People team, partnering closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT and external suppliers. You'll be our subject-matter expert on all things reward and benefits - ensuring our platforms run smoothly, colleagues have a great experience, and leaders have the insight they need to make confident decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the development and continuous improvement of our flexible benefits platform (Beniflex)
Designing benefits that support wellbeing, financial resilience, diversity and inclusion
Supporting annual reward cycles including pay review, bonus, and recognition
Managing accurate payroll/provider data flows and ensuring compliance (GDPR, HMRC, P11D, pension rules)
Providing clear reward analytics, dashboards and insights for decision-making
Managing supplier relationships, contracts, SLAs and performance
Partnering with HRBPs, Finance, Payroll and project teams to deliver joined-up solutions
Creating colleague-friendly communications, guides and toolkits
Requirements:
Strong experience in reward, benefits or compensation
Knowledge of UK reward regulations including salary sacrifice, P11D, auto-enrolment and GDPR
Experience working with benefits platforms, HRIS data and provider integrations
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear insights
