Job Description

Elevation HR are delighted to be partnering with one of our established Manufacturing businesses in Sheffield who are now looking for an experienced Reward Partner to deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits service to its employees on a 12 to 14 month fixed term contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain pay frameworks and job evaluation processes
  • Partner with HRDs, HRBPs and managers on pay, promotions and hiring decisions
  • Lead key Benifex cycles (holiday window, annual enrolment) and resolve queries
  • Manage Share Incentive Plan queries with Payroll
  • Own third-party provider queries and ensure smooth resolution
  • Deliver monthly reward communications to drive engagement and benefits uptake
  • Support benchmarking and salary surveys (e.g. Willis Towers Watson) and provide analytics for annual reviews
  • Improve reward processes, data accuracy, reporting capability and overall employee experience

Requirements

  • Experience within job evaluation and pay frameworks
  • Strong people and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and influence all level of stakeholder
  • Solid data and IT literacy, (including advanced excel) with a clear and concise communication style and the ability to share technical knowledge and data analysis results
