Elevation HR are delighted to be partnering with one of our established Manufacturing businesses in Sheffield who are now looking for an experienced Reward Partner to deliver a comprehensive reward and benefits service to its employees on a 12 to 14 month fixed term contract.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain pay frameworks and job evaluation processes
Partner with HRDs, HRBPs and managers on pay, promotions and hiring decisions
Lead key Benifex cycles (holiday window, annual enrolment) and resolve queries
Manage Share Incentive Plan queries with Payroll
Own third-party provider queries and ensure smooth resolution
Deliver monthly reward communications to drive engagement and benefits uptake
Support benchmarking and salary surveys (e.g. Willis Towers Watson) and provide analytics for annual reviews
Improve reward processes, data accuracy, reporting capability and overall employee experience
Requirements:
Experience within job evaluation and pay frameworks
Strong people and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and influence all level of stakeholder
Solid data and IT literacy, (including advanced excel) with a clear and concise communication style and the ability to share technical knowledge and data analysis results
