We're recruiting for a Reward Partner to join our Reward and Benefits Team, here at VodafoneThree. As a Reward Partner, you will provide expert guidance on a broad spectrum of reward matters, ensuring VodafoneThree’s reward programmes foster a high-performance culture, promote fairness, and support strong customer outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary reward contact to HR Business Partners across multiple business units
  • Review and advise on variable pay structures, including commission and incentive plans, to ensure alignment with regulatory standards
  • Lead reward governance for commission scheme, working with compliance and commissions teams to ensure compliance with FCA, Ofcom and other regulatory frameworks
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored reward solutions that support strategic objectives
  • Support in drafting and reviewing governance papers for senior leadership and board-level committees
  • Lead and deliver key reward initiatives and projects in line with the annual reward plan, while supporting business-as-usual processes

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in reward strategy and job evaluation
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly numerate with advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Understanding of remuneration regulations, ideally within an FCA-regulated environment
  • Skilled in conveying complex reward concepts to diverse audiences
  • Competency in the use of the MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) is essential
  • CIPD (or equivalent qualification) in reward management
