Job Description

At CHANEL, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Reward Operations Specialist to support the effective delivery of our employee benefits offering. This role is central to ensuring that CHANEL’s reward operations are delivered with accuracy, consistency and a strong focus on employee experience. With a primary focus on benefits administration, you will manage day-to-day operations, provide support to employees, and ensure the integrity of relevant data and processes. You will also contribute to the ongoing evolution of our ways of working by demonstrating curiosity for technology, digital tools and emerging practices, including the potential application of AI within Reward operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits, including private medical insurance, service awards, cycle scheme and other programmes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits-related queries, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Partner with external providers to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of benefits
  • Monitor operations and proactively resolve issues to maintain service quality
  • Support employees in understanding and accessing their benefits
  • Ensure all interactions with employees are handled in a clear, professional and supportive manner
  • Contribute to a consistent and positive reward experience across the organisation
  • Produce and maintain accurate data relating to benefits participation and utilisation
  • Provide basic insights and reporting to support ongoing review of the benefits offering
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of all benefits-related data
  • Maintain and document benefit processes to ensure consistency and control
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and enhancements
  • Maintain accurate data within HR systems, including Workday
  • Support the resolution of data discrepancies and system-related issues
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of all reward-related data

Requirements

  • Experience in benefits administration or HR operations
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong Excel capability to support data handling and reporting
  • Exposure to payroll processes
  • Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented approach
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology and AI-driven ways of working
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred, but not essential)
