CitySprint has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Manager. You will play a critical role in shaping and delivering CitySprint’s reward strategy to attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will work collaboratively across the HR function and wider business to design, implement, and manage competitive and compliant reward frameworks, including pay structures, benefits, and recognition programmes. This includes ensuring reward practices align with organisational objectives, market trends, and legal requirements. A key focus of this role will be leading annual reward cycles, managing benchmarking activities, and providing advice to stakeholders on pay and benefits to support fair and consistent decision making. In addition, the Reward Manager will play a key role in supporting the Remuneration Committee (Remco), ensuring accurate and timely preparation of papers and data required.
Job Responsibility:
Take ownership of developing and maintaining reward policies and processes that support organisational goals and enhance colleague experience
Lead the delivery of annual reward activities such as pay reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits enrolment, ensuring these are executed accurately and on time
Responsible for conducting market benchmarking and salary reviews, analysing data to ensure competitiveness and equity across roles. This includes managing relationships with external providers and using insights to inform recommendations on pay structures and benefits offerings
Providing guidance to HR colleagues and business leaders on reward-related matters, including job evaluation, pay decisions, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Lead projects to enhance reward offerings, such as introducing new benefits or recognition programmes, and drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and identifying opportunities for innovation
Lead Remco support by preparing and presenting accurate reports, benchmarking data, and recommendations, ensuring compliance with governance and collaborating with senior stakeholders to align decisions with organisational objectives
Produce accurate reports and analysis for senior leadership, using data to support strategic decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of reward initiatives
Requirements:
Strong understanding of reward principles, pay structures, and benefits administration
Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in reward practices
Ability to manage end-to-end reward cycles and projects
Remains objective, actively troubleshoots and pursues solutions when issues/problems occur
Proven experience in reward management, including pay and benefits administration
Strong analytical skills with experience in market benchmarking and data interpretation
Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and reward frameworks
Experience managing annual reward cycles and related projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
