Job Responsibility:
Develop, manage, and maintain compensation and benefits programs (salary structures, bonuses, incentive plans, cafeteria schemes, employee perks).
Conduct market research, benchmarking, and salary analyses to ensure competitiveness and inform pay practices.
Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation data
provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on reward trends and metrics for HR leadership.
Support and train HR teams and business partners on reward-related topics, including job evaluations and salary negotiations.
Monitor and improve compensation processes
ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
Oversee and control monthly payroll processes from a governance and validation perspective, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Review and validate payroll outputs (e.g. salary changes, bonuses, benefits deductions) and ensure consistency between HR systems, payroll, and financial reporting.
Lead and deliver reward-related projects, including end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives such as EU Pay Transparency implementation, ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and on-time delivery.
Collaborate closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost controlling of compensation, benefits, and variable pay.
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for reward-related processes.
Overseeing the monthly payroll processes ensuring effective and timely delivery of the payroll.
Overseeing and supporting internal and external payroll audits, ensuring compliance of the service.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics or similar fields
Min. 5-7 years working experience in HR, at least 3 years in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational enviroement
Solid foundation in job evaluation methodologies
Experience with remuneration models, bonus schemes, pension, savings plans, and insurance programs
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects effectively
Advanced Excel knowledge, ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, especially in collaboration with Finance and Payroll stakeholders.
High attention to detail, strong ethical standards, and discretion in handling sensitive data.
Positive, open, self-confident and energetic personality
Excellent communication and negotiating skills
Fluent Hungarian and English
Nice to have:
WorkDay or other ERP program knowledge is an advantage
Leadership experience is an advantage
Knowledge about EU pay-transparency governance
Experience in HR controlling, payroll governance, or financial reporting related to personnel costs.
