Job Responsibility:
Lead the design, governance, and execution of the organization's reward strategy
Establish and govern reward frameworks, policies, and guidelines
Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Reward & Benefits and senior HR stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement of reward programs
Oversee the design and enhancement of compensation structures, salary frameworks, and incentive schemes
Ensure reward programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with organizational performance
Lead the development of innovative reward solutions
Provide final guidance on complex or senior-level job offers
Lead participation in external salary surveys and benchmarking exercises
Interpret market data and provide actionable insights
Maintain deep understanding of industry practices
Lead the end-to-end annual reward cycle
Oversee the planning, modeling, and governance of salary and bonus budgets
Partner with HR Business Partners
Own and manage the reward budget
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting
Manage and coordinate equity-based reward programs
Support senior stakeholders on executive reward matters
Oversee the development of reward dashboards and analytics
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on compensation changes
Leverage data insights
Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders
Act as a key escalation point for complex reward issues
