Job Description:

Lead the design, governance, and execution of the organization’s reward strategy to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives. The role drives strategic reward initiatives across the organization, enabling attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent, while ensuring financial discipline and compliance with corporate and market standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design, governance, and execution of the organization's reward strategy
  • Establish and govern reward frameworks, policies, and guidelines
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Head of Reward & Benefits and senior HR stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of reward programs
  • Oversee the design and enhancement of compensation structures, salary frameworks, and incentive schemes
  • Ensure reward programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with organizational performance
  • Lead the development of innovative reward solutions
  • Provide final guidance on complex or senior-level job offers
  • Lead participation in external salary surveys and benchmarking exercises
