Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven individual to support reward operations within VOIS. In this role, the candidate will provide essential analytical support to the Reward team, including data collection, data analysis, reporting, and contributing to the implementation of reward policies. The role plays a vital part in key reward activities such as merit processes, benefits administration, salary and benefits benchmarking, and in supporting HR Business Partners with accurate and timely insights aligned to the overall business strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and analyse data related to salaries, benefits, and reward programmes
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations on reward topics including Annual Reward Review, benefits administration, recognition activities, ad-hoc reward projects, and data maintenance
  • Deliver monthly reward operations and reporting in line with established service-level agreements
  • Support communication strategies for reward and benefits programmes
  • Complete benchmarking submissions for salaries and benefits
  • Conduct data quality assessments, including validation of job architecture information

Requirements:

  • Possess a solid understanding of organisational structures and strategic priorities
  • Knowledgeable about compensation and benefits frameworks, including pay structures, incentive plans, and risk benefits such as insurance and pensions
  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with advanced data skills, accuracy, and a keen attention to detail
  • Bring proven project management experience
  • Communicate effectively with sound interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Able to build strong professional relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Hold a university degree or equivalent practical experience
