Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, progressive Reward specialist to join our People team. This is a role that offers immediate exposure to all areas of the business where you will help deliver and develop the total reward agenda. As our Reward Partner, you’ll support in the management of all aspects of employee reward & wellbeing. You will provide day-to-day guidance and insights to the business and within the People Team, whilst also delivering wider reward initiatives and projects to serve our broader business goals. Reporting to the Head of Reward, ultimately you will help manage the execution of total reward in order to optimise attraction, engagement, productivity and retention of our key talent.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the People Partners to provide relevant, pro-active reward solutions
  • Maintaining the ongoing execution of our career level pay framework, conducting job evaluation and benchmarking
  • Act as a subject matter expert key partner to key stakeholders
  • Assist in maintaining pay governance and compliance, staying ahead of legislation
  • Ensuring the employee journey is clear and engaging by maintaining appropriate communication content
  • Increasing employee awareness, transparency and understanding of reward
  • Working with the Head of Reward to manage the execution and delivery of cyclical reward projects, including pay review, bonus, LTIP and the benefits cycle
  • Assisting and leading on a variety of tactical projects, supporting business change, group transformational/M&A activity, system improvements etc.
  • Partnering with the finance team to ensure that key costs are correctly tracked
  • Mentoring other team members to share knowledge, upskill and build careers
  • Develop and utilise data analysis, modelling and insights to drive informed decisions
  • Engaging with our external providers to manage the administration and develop the total reward offering
  • Maintaining constructive dialogue with internal and external networks to identify key trends in the market
  • Monitoring and analysing current policies and practices to identify and make recommendations for improvement or change
  • Advising on and handling relevant queries day-to-day

Requirements:

  • Experience working across Total Reward in a large organisation
  • Confidence working in a complex, fast-paced, progressive environment
  • Ability to adapt, manage ambiguity and resilience to work positively under pressure
  • Experience in partnering with teams to understand, analyse and recommend Reward solutions that solve business problems
  • A positive determination and tenacity to find a way through complex situations
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple time sensitive projects, including annual pay and bonus cycles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and employees
  • Confidence in articulating thoughts clearly in order to influence senior leaders
  • Experience across the full, or broad parts of, the total reward cycle
  • Experience of conducting job evaluation and salary benchmarking (ideally Willis Towers Watson)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and strong excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with Workday, WTW and Darwin is desirable
