Job Description:

We're looking for a Reward & Benefits Manager to join our team, based in Walsall 3 days a week, you'll lead the R&B strategy for Poundland & Dealz. You'll ensure we follow the correct process for tasks such as pay review, benchmarking, gender pay and reward initiatives; and with a team of 4 to lead, you'll oversee pensions, insurances, fleet, flexible benefits, bonuses and travel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop an innovative approach to colleague benefits, including flexible benefits, salary sacrifice, and recognition programmes
  • Management and administration of the complete benefits package including managing relationships with third parties
  • Lead and manage the annual performance and pay review end to end process, including the annual STIP bonus process
  • Management of the P11D software and reporting
  • Leading on salary banding/framework processes, including all aspects of the living wage/NMW audits
  • Management of the company car fleet with fleet provider
  • Completing annual reporting including Gender Pay Gap reporting, salary surveys, and statutory reporting
  • Monitor and evaluate trends and provide appropriate recommendations

Requirements:

  • Established experience in a Reward & Benefits environment
  • Broad knowledge of reward packages, framework, HMRC regulations and pensions
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Experience of leading, coaching a team and managing 3rd parties
