Requirements
Experience in reward, people analytics, or HR MI, producing, validating, and interpreting pay and workforce data in a controlled environment
Experience delivering salary review and bonus processes, including data preparation, modelling, and validation
Strong capability producing People MI, dashboards, and reporting, with a focus on accurate, defensible and decision ready data
Advanced Excel and data handling skills, including working confidently with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliations
Strong analytical judgement and governance awareness, with the ability to identify anomalies, manage risk and escalate appropriately
Clear communication and organisation skills, with the ability to manage confidential data and deliver to cyclical and regulatory deadlines
Experience working in financial services or a regulated environment, with exposure to governance, audit, or regulatory scrutiny
Experience supporting Remuneration Committee, Board or ExCo reporting, including reward packs, analysis, and governance documentation
Exposure to people-related regulatory and statutory reporting, including ESG, remuneration, and Gender Pay Gap reporting
Experience supporting UK payroll, including benefits and taxable benefits, with the ability to review and validate payroll outputs
Familiarity with HR systems and people analytics tools, including data extraction, validation, and reporting
Relevant HR, reward or analytical qualifications, or experience working with Finance and Risk and Compliance to align people data with financial and regulatory reporting
