This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Services team as a Reward Advisor on a seconded basis for up to 12 months, supporting the delivery of an effective, engaging and consistent Reward offering across ODEON Cinemas in the UK and Ireland.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the first point of contact for reward-related colleague queries
Manage key moments in the colleague reward journey
Support day-to-day management of reward systems
Coordinate and support delivery of Reward activity and annual cycles
Deliver Reward communications and engagement plan
Coordinate reward-related events and activity
Support reward-related projects and initiatives
Work closely with suppliers and brokers
Provide BAU support and assist with Employee Relations activity
Requirements:
Experience or a strong interest in Reward and People Services
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
Comfortable working with systems, data and processes
Confident and clear communicator
Proactive, collaborative and solution-focused
