Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our People Services team as a Reward Advisor on a seconded basis for up to 12 months, supporting the delivery of an effective, engaging and consistent Reward offering across ODEON Cinemas in the UK and Ireland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the first point of contact for reward-related colleague queries
  • Manage key moments in the colleague reward journey
  • Support day-to-day management of reward systems
  • Coordinate and support delivery of Reward activity and annual cycles
  • Deliver Reward communications and engagement plan
  • Coordinate reward-related events and activity
  • Support reward-related projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with suppliers and brokers
  • Provide BAU support and assist with Employee Relations activity

Requirements:

  • Experience or a strong interest in Reward and People Services
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence
  • Comfortable working with systems, data and processes

  • Manage the Reward inbox, providing timely, accurate and insight-led responses to queries relating to pay, benefits, pensions and recognition, including interpretation of policy and guidance
  • Administer employee benefits and recognition platforms, ensuring optimal system utilisation, data integrity and user experience working closely with external providers
  • Coordinate and deliver day-to-day, monthly and annual reward processes, ensuring accurate enrolment, amendments and awards
  • Provide specialist and subject matter knowledge for reward related projects and process improvements, including system enhancements or benefits changes
  • Produce, analyse and interpret benefits and recognition data to generate insightful recommendations and identify trends to enhance reward effectiveness
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity, compliance and risk mitigation to support and strengthen reward governance frameworks
  • Prepare clear and insightful data analysis on pensions, benefits and recognition for reporting and presentations
  • Lead the end-to-end P11D process using specialist knowledge, ensuring compliance, accuracy and effective stakeholder communication
  • Undertake role grading and benchmarking aligned to WTW Global Grading methodology and internal frameworks
