The Revenue Operations team ensures KnowBe4’s revenue engine runs at maximum effectiveness and efficiency. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. As the RevOps Manager for SMB & Mid Market within Revenue Operations, you’ll implement the rhythm of the business and related processes within the SMB & MidMarket segmentation of our Domestic Revenue departments. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our revenue leadership, including leaders from Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Customer Success, to drive performance through every level of the SMB/MM revenue segmentation.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement the rhythm of the business for the SMB & Mid-Market segment of our Domestic Revenue departments
Communicate and prepare documentation on revenue performance for the VP of Processes and Programs / VP RevOps
Design and document key business processes within the Revenue segmentation and collaborate with the Business Process Management (BPM) team on any cross-functional processes that extend beyond the Revenue team
Rapidly diagnose operational improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives to drive higher revenue performance and efficiency
Collaborate with revenue leaders to automate or improve processes with revenue technology solutions
Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders and lead successful implementation of large and complex change initiatives
Design and compile all needed KPIs/data points through Excel and Slides that will be used to report up as necessary
Engage SMB / MM Revenue leaders and sales representatives to identify training and development opportunities, and collaborate with the training organization to ensure training needs are met
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
MBA or Master's degree (preferred)
Minimum 7 years of experience with revenue operations in a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
Minimum 3 years of experience working directly with Business-to-Business SaaS sales teams
Minimum 3 years of people management experience
Strong Excel/Sheet/Slides knowledge
Experience with cloud-based enterprise software using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Experience with effectively communicating across organizations, geographies, and cultures
Ability to remove ambiguity and drive efficiency by creating documentation and new business processes
Skilled at developing relationships and trust across cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and bring structure and clarity for the revenue organization
Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with data and pull insights from the data
