Job Description:

We are looking for a RevOps & Growth specialist to join Breega’s Scaling Squad and support the Head of Portfolio Revenue in driving growth and revenue optimization across our portfolio companies. This role is a unique opportunity to work directly with startup founders and revenue teams, contributing to projects related to go-to-market strategy, revenue operations, growth experimentation and performance tracking. The intern will help structure data, tools, and insights that enable startups to scale their Sales, Growth and Customer Success operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in building and optimizing RevOps frameworks across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
  • Support CRM structuring and data quality initiatives
  • Help analyze pipeline performance, conversion rates and funnel metrics
  • Contribute to the setup of revenue dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Support research and benchmarking on go-to-market strategies
  • Assist in analyzing acquisition channels, growth loops and marketing performance
  • Help prepare growth playbooks and best practice documentation for portfolio companies
  • Participate in building frameworks for pricing, packaging and monetization analysis
  • Contribute to workshops and operational projects with portfolio startups
  • Help prepare materials and insights for founder advisory sessions
  • Track impact of revenue initiatives across portfolio companies
  • Support knowledge sharing within the Scaling Squad
  • Collect and structure revenue performance data
  • Support analysis on key metrics such as: CAC, LTV, Conversion rates, Pipeline velocity, Retention and churn
  • Contribute to building portfolio-level insights and reports

Requirements:

  • Master’s student in Business, Engineering, Data, or Entrepreneurship

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Analytical mindset and comfort with data and KPIs
