Job Description:

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Analyst to turn commercial data into clear insights and operational improvements across the full GTM funnel. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency. This role reports to the Revenue Operations Manager and works closely with Sales leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for pipeline, forecast, conversion, velocity, and retention
  • Manage data quality processes across CRM and connected tools, including duplicate prevention, enrichment, and SLA monitoring
  • Analyse funnel performance, cohorts, and segments
  • translate findings into recommendations and track impact
  • Support forecasting cadence with scenario models and variance analysis
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory, quota, capacity, and coverage models
  • Document GTM processes, hand‑offs, and SLAs
  • support adoption and change management
  • Evaluate and implement tooling changes, integrations, and automations
  • Deliver ad‑hoc deep dives for exec and board‑level questions
  • Create A/B test frameworks and track impact of GTM experiments

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, FP&A, or analytics role supporting a B2B GTM team
  • Strong Excel skills, demonstrating capability to work with complex formulas
  • Proficiency with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferably) and data visualisation tools
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning multiple priorities with attention to detail and data integrity
