The RevOps Analyst role at Gain.pro. In order to support the growth of the company, Gain.pro is now looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join the company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between the company’s marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams. This role will be Amsterdam-based, although it is also an option to join our Warsaw office.
Job Responsibility:
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborating with sales leadership to streamline and optimize sales processes
Implementing and maintaining sales enablement tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations
Conducting regular reviews of sales processes to identify areas for improvement
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales, marketing and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth
Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs)
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems used in marketing, sales and customer success, and finance more broadly
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering collaboration between our sales, customer success, marketing and finance teams to ensure full alignment
Acting as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and information flow
Participating in cross-functional projects to drive revenue initiatives
Technology Management: Overseeing the implementation and management of revenue operations technologies (CRM, CS tool, marketing automation, etc.)
Identifying opportunities for technology enhancements to support revenue goals
Training and supporting teams in utilizing relevant tools effectively
Forecasting and pipeline management: Assist in the development of revenue forecasts based on sales pipeline data
Monitor actual performance against forecast and budget, providing regular updates to leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
At least 2 years’ of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS business
Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms
In-depth, technical knowledge of Hubspot is a must-have
Well-organised and like to plan ahead
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactively come up with new ideas and independently drive progress and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Fluent in English
