The RevOps Analyst role at Gain.pro. In order to support the growth of the company, Gain.pro is now looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Analyst to join the company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between the company’s marketing, sales, customer success and finance teams. If you have a passion for process optimization, data analysis, and driving business growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you. The new RevOps Analyst will be joining at a pivotal point in time as the organisation will continue its steep growth trajectory during 2026. This role will be Amsterdam-based, although it is also an option to join our Warsaw office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborating with sales leadership to streamline and optimize sales processes
  • Implementing and maintaining sales enablement tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations
  • Conducting regular reviews of sales processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing sales, marketing and customer data to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all revenue-related systems used in marketing, sales and customer success, and finance more broadly
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering collaboration between our sales, customer success, marketing and finance teams to ensure full alignment
  • Acting as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and information flow
  • Participating in cross-functional projects to drive revenue initiatives
  • Technology Management: Overseeing the implementation and management of revenue operations technologies (CRM, CS tool, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Identifying opportunities for technology enhancements to support revenue goals
  • Training and supporting teams in utilizing relevant tools effectively
  • Forecasting and pipeline management: Assist in the development of revenue forecasts based on sales pipeline data
  • Monitor actual performance against forecast and budget, providing regular updates to leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years’ of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, ideally in a SaaS business
  • Familiarity with CRMs and marketing automation platforms
  • In-depth, technical knowledge of Hubspot is a must-have
  • Well-organised and like to plan ahead
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactively come up with new ideas and independently drive progress and you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English
