Revit Piping / Plumbing BIM Modeler / Detailer (VDC)

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, shop drawings, and installation drawings for piping and plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit and Fabrication MEP. Produce coordinated, fabrication-ready models that support prefabrication, modularization, and field installation on fast-track, mission-critical projects. Collaborate with engineering, field operations, and multi-trade teams to ensure accurate system routing and constructability within a BIM/VDC environment. Participate in clash detection and coordination efforts, resolving conflicts in high-density piping layouts. Assist with project setup, model organization, and data management to support efficient BIM execution and downstream fabrication processes. Support projects through all phases—from design and coordination through construction and closeout—ensuring alignment with schedules and deliverables. Interface with fabrication shops and field teams to ensure models align with spool drawings, installation sequencing, and prefabrication strategies.
