Revit draftsman

• Develop detailed 3D models (Architectural/MEP) based on sketches, specifications, and instructions from the engineering team
• Generate precise floor plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings directly from the Revit model
• Ensure all drawings and models comply with company-specific BIM standards and project protocols
• Coordinate with BIM Modelers and Engineers to update models and resolve any design discrepancies
• Create and maintain Revit families and parametric components to improve workflow efficiency
• Implement design changes and revisions accurately during various project phases

• 1 - 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Designer, with a strong portfolio of projects using BIM
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and a solid understanding of BIM principles
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is also required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, fire suppression) for various types of buildings
• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken

Master's degree will be considered as an asset
