Job Description

Airswift is seeking a Revit 3D Building Modeler to join a high-profile industrial project in Paris. You will be responsible for the 3D architectural and technical modelling of buildings using Revit 3D and Revit MEP, producing construction drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs, and ensuring full compliance with project standards. This role requires autonomy, strong BIM expertise, precision, and excellent coordination skills in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop detailed architectural 3D models for industrial and tertiary buildings using Revit 3D and Revit MEP
  • Ensure models comply with BIM conventions, architectural standards, and project specifications
  • Perform interface checks and clash detection across all model elements
  • Create structured, parametric, scalable models to support project coordination
  • Produce 2D plans (layouts, elevations, sections) directly from the 3D model
  • Deliver clean, standardised DWG files and PDFs
  • Ensure consistency across models, drawings, naming conventions, and CAD standards
  • Collaborate with the project lead, deputy lead, and BIM managers
  • Participate in internal technical meetings and multidisciplinary workshops
  • Consolidate comments from architectural, structural, and MEP teams
  • Verify interfaces with underground networks and coordinate with area planning teams
  • Deliver documentation that meets all technical, graphical, and procedural quality standards
  • Apply project requirements for traceability, title blocks, file numbering, and revisions
  • Ensure all documentation is delivered in the required language (English)

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in 3D building modelling for industrial or technical facilities
  • Strong background working on buildings such as warehouses, offices, laboratories, substations, and process buildings
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary technical documentation
  • Experience producing building-envelope details (roofing, cladding, waterproofing) and interior layouts
  • Advanced proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Optional: Tekla (steel structures) and rendering/visualisation tools
  • Strong understanding of architectural geometry and construction methods
  • Ability to manage updates and coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines
  • Detail-oriented, rigorous, and methodical
  • Strong communication and coordination capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Language: English (working language), French
