s.166A reviews relating to the Housing Register
Manage and conduct reviews under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 (HRA 2017)
Respond to and manage legal challenges relating to temporary accommodation offers and occupancy under the Housing Act 1996 (as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002)
Liaise closely with Legal Services, providing clear recommendations on the service’s position in relation to legal matters
Maintain up-to-date, detailed knowledge of: Housing legislation and statutory duties
National policy, legal developments, and welfare reform impacting housing services
Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and excellent standards of care at all times
