Job Description:

As a Reviewer, you will be a key contributor to maintaining high standards and ensuring content effectiveness by evaluating, proofreading and editing syllabus aligned education materials to be used in our interactive courses for high school students.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review, edit and proofread scripts, quizzes and lessons to ensure clarity, accuracy and syllabus alignment
  • Give clear, constructive feedback that helps content creators improve and keeps quality high
  • Apply the Atomi style guide so content is consistent, accessible and on brand
  • Collaborate with content creators and video designers to shape engaging final lessons
  • Work alongside the production team to deliver content on time and to a high standard
  • Stay across subject knowledge and evidence-based teaching practices to keep content current and effective
  • Manage multiple pieces of work at once and meet agreed deadlines

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and editing experience, with the ability to explain changes clearly and respectfully
  • A sharp editorial eye and genuine care for quality and accuracy
  • Experience reviewing or improving educational content, curriculum materials or similar written work
  • Confidence giving feedback that supports others’ growth as writers
  • A strong grasp of high school science content
  • Copyediting or content review experience, which is helpful but not essential
  • Highly desired: specific knowledge of the VCE Chemistry curriculum
  • All applicants must hold Australian working rights
