Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and meticulous Review Coordinator II to join our team on a contract basis. This position is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and offers an excellent opportunity to support administrative processes in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing service requests, reviewing documentation, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and review service requests with accuracy and compliance to department policies
  • Coordinate documentation for prior authorizations and ensure timely submission
  • Conduct research and review of medical coverage and clinical trial operations
  • Monitor timelines and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively
  • Ensure adherence to accreditation and regulatory requirements in all activities
  • Triage incoming referrals and service requests, providing appropriate follow-up
  • Manage drop-shipments and non-clinical operations with efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking service requests
  • Maintain clear and precise written communication across all tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, data entry, and administrative planning
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in computer systems and service request management tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to research and review medical coverage and clinical trial documentation
  • Familiarity with prior authorizations and accreditation processes
  • Effective written communication and triage skills
  • Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities
