Brook Street Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a well-established financial services client in Belfast to recruit a professional and highly organised Review Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high levels of accuracy and client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
Job Responsibility:
Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately
Managing and maintaining both electronic and paper-based filing systems
Accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and financial services systems such as CURO
Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diary management
Preparing letters, reports, and client documentation
Providing administrative support including scanning, photocopying, and filing
Managing email correspondence and responding to routine client and provider queries
Supporting post-meeting processing for individual and corporate clients within agreed deadlines
Liaising with financial providers to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly
Maintaining a professional, organised, and efficient office environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Professional communication and telephone manner
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Nice to have:
Experience using financial services back-office systems such as CURO or Intelligent Office
