Job Description

Brook Street Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a well-established financial services client in Belfast to recruit a professional and highly organised Review Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in delivering high levels of accuracy and client service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring administrative processes are completed efficiently and within deadlines.

Job Responsibility

  • Handling incoming telephone calls professionally and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Managing and maintaining both electronic and paper-based filing systems
  • Accurate data entry using Microsoft Office and financial services systems such as CURO
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and diary management
  • Preparing letters, reports, and client documentation
  • Providing administrative support including scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Managing email correspondence and responding to routine client and provider queries
  • Supporting post-meeting processing for individual and corporate clients within agreed deadlines
  • Liaising with financial providers to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly
  • Maintaining a professional, organised, and efficient office environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional communication and telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

Nice to have
