This is a 3+ month hybrid role in Redmond, WA (2-3 days a week onsite) that could potentially extend up to 18 months. A global technology leader is seeking a Reverse Supply Chain Business Analyst to support the operational, contractual, and change management components of their programs. This role will oversee supplier coordination, contract management, and process optimization across the product end‑of‑life lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable influencing without authority, and experienced in managing change workflows, supplier relationships, and contract execution. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, suppliers, and program stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of change requests, data accuracy, and ongoing improvement of our reverse supply chain systems.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and continuously improve the change management system and workflows
Review, track, and process change requests using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Schedule and facilitate intro meetings for new change requests
ensure tasks progress to closure
Monitor, comment, and update ADO items including due dates, tasks, and feedback
Conduct manual reviews of submitted forms when automated flows break
validate accuracy and completeness
Prepare end-of-change documentation and summaries
ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned
Organize and run final stakeholder review meetings for change closures
Support regular feedback sessions regarding open, closed, and pending changes and program improvements
Pull, analyze, and generate reports from Azure DevOps and Excel
Maintain reporting on change request status, cycle time, backlog, and upcoming deadlines
Create program dashboards and improvement summaries using ADO queries and email communications
Support ongoing program operations, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between teams
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to track deliverables and timelines
Maintain meeting rhythms, documentation, and follow-up action items
Influence teams and suppliers without direct authority to ensure program success
Engage with ITAD, magnet, and rare earth material recyclers and other third‑party suppliers
Manage supplier communications, expectations, and alignment on responsibilities
Support contract creation and modification using Icertis Contract Management System
Review and edit Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accuracy and removal of legacy information
Validate pricing, company details, and required terms before routing for approval
Collaborate with legal, procurement, and internal business owners throughout the contract lifecycle
Ensure proper documentation of product end‑of‑life disposition and supplier compliance
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, or reverse supply chain/ITAD
Strong understanding of supplier management and contract management processes
Proficiency with Microsoft tools: Excel (intermediate+), Word, Outlook, and Teams
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar work-tracking systems
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, workflows, and stakeholder expectations
Familiarity with Circular Economy, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), recycling, or reverse logistics industries
