Job Description:

Are you ready to take the next step in your logistics career? We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reverse Logistics Supervisor to lead our returns management operations. In this critical role, you will oversee the efficient handling of returned products, optimize processes, and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and minimise costs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and other staff at ALL times
  • Stand up and take control of the department when the manager is absent
  • Control the yard operation with regard to the reverse logistics, to include the loading of pallets, cardboard and bun trays
  • Unload the barrel trailers. Palletise and reload the full barrels as well as replenishing the empty barrels at the in and out gates ready for distribution by the transport department
  • Liaise with the various waste contractors and order trailer swaps through e-mail ensuring all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
  • Keep the waste stream logs up to date by imputing data into the computer
  • Responsible for the yard hygiene along with other members of the team
  • Support the site hygiene team when required

Requirements:

  • Computer literate and have a good understanding of Microsoft office
  • FLT experience is essential
  • Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) experience is desirable
