Job Responsibility:

  • Work in all areas within the scope of the department
  • Ensure all recycling products are processed correctly following guidelines
  • Ensure hygiene levels are maintained to a high standard
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner complying with AIB/DQMP standards and in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Legislation and within Company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with other departments as required
  • Use a variety of MHE as well as a ride on scrubbing machine and a scissor lift
  • Work at heights and some heavy lifting will be involved
  • Work in a multi temperature food storage environment
  • Work to, have knowledge of and actively promote AIB, DQMP and Work Place Organisation standards
  • Complete all schedules in a timely manner and complete the associated paperwork
  • Ensure all recycling products within the DC are packed and loaded correctly for delivery to designated customers
  • Provide cover for Hygiene Operatives where necessary

Requirements:

  • Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office: Introduction Excel and Word
  • Experience of MHE driving

Nice to have:

Previous hygiene experience and working in a physically demanding multitemperature FMCG environment
