Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza. Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces. Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms. Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made
  • Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems
  • Monitoring pick-up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
  • Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends
  • Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning
  • Getting involved in forecast and budget processes
  • Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • EU Nationality is required
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Other Languages is a plus
  • familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus
